We met with four companies to gather feedback, and bids on our backyard project. We had drainage issues, yard needed to be leveled and graded away from the house, new drainage added, irrigation reconstructed, grass yard removal, patio paver and retaining wall added. Gaspar presented us with a solid plan on how to grade the yard to redirect the water that was currently coming toward the home, and also presented creative solutions on how to still give us the backyard oasis we envisioned within our budget. His team was exceptional! They took no shortcuts from beginning to end on this project, we were so impressed with the quality of work his team delivered. He was flexible to make minor adjustments and adds to the project as we progressed through the work. You won't find better any better quality of work than Gaspar and his team deliver on. So glad we decided to work with him.
We had a very difficult area at the base of a slope part of our yard with no idea what to do with it. The team from Marquirez came in and helped us develop a wonderful patio with retaining wall and built in benches. It turned out great and is now the center point for all of our family events.
